Peter is a partner at Oliver Wyman, based in Boston. He is a key member of the CustomerFirst Practice, where he assists healthcare clients in establishing new platform businesses and reimagining how to effectively engage clinicians and consumers in value-based care. Peter's expertise spans organizational and operational models, as well as the activation of products and services in the market.

With nearly three decades of experience in business, marketing, and technology, Peter specializes in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. He also possesses additional expertise in financial services and insurance. Driven by his passion for leveraging emerging technologies to deliver enhanced customer value, Peter has successfully led numerous strategic engagements in the United States and the United Kingdom. His areas of focus include healthcare platforms, customer experience and engagement, business and IT transformation, clinical informatics, and interoperability solutions.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Peter served as the chief digital officer for Cognizant's Healthcare business. In this role he helped clients succeed in their digital strategy and transformation efforts. Notable achievements during his leadership included the implementation of conversational AI "front doors," virtual health solutions for chronic conditions, vocal biometrics for predictive disease exacerbation, and ONC interoperability platforms. Prior to his time at Cognizant, Peter led the healthcare business at Sapient, where he delivered digital health consulting services in the US and UK across payer, provider, life sciences, and consumer health markets.

Peter pursued studies in the Biological Basis of Behavior at the University of Pennsylvania and Computer Science at Pace University.

Outside of work, he strives to be the best dad he can be, enjoys photography, stays ahead of his science fiction book pile, and has set a goal to run more marathons.
