Pauline serves as a recruiter for entry-level candidates, primarily supporting interns and early-career consultants in the Netherlands region.
In addition to attracting top talent, she helps coordinate signature events such as the Business Course, Consulting Castle, Consultition, and Women in Consulting. Her work contributes to building the firm’s future talent pipeline and strengthening its presence among students.
Previously, Pauline held talent acquisition roles at DataSnipper and Aircall, where she led global full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and event planning.
I ensure that interns and entry-level consultants have a positive candidate experience and gain meaningful exposure to Oliver Wyman’s culture. I’m passionate about building strong relationships with candidates and guiding them through each stage of the process to set them up for success
Pauline holds a Bachelor of Arts in German and Hispanic studies from Queen Mary University of London. She also studied abroad at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and Potsdam University in Germany. She is an active member of Women of Oliver Wyman (WoW).
