Patrick is a manager at Innopay, a business of Oliver Wyman focused on digital transactions.

Over the past decade, he has supported financial institutions across the ecosystem, from fintechs and neobanks to established incumbent banks. This has given him a close understanding of how different players respond to change — and how to bridge differences in culture, pace, and decision-making.

As regulation, technology, and new business models reshape financial services, Patrick helps clients turn change into products, roadmaps, and decisions. His work often sits where strategy meets delivery: supporting C-suite strategic decision-making as well as translating regulatory requirements into concrete product choices, shaping business models, and supporting teams as they bring new propositions to market.

Across payments, open/embedded finance, and digital banking, Patrick brings together business, product, technology, legal, and regulatory stakeholders. He contributes to industry discussions through publications, podcasts, and his longstanding involvement in the fintech ecosystem as a partner of TechQuartier, Frankfurt’s startup incubator.
