Nicole is a partner in our Government and Public Institutions and Banking and Financial Services Practices, based in Boston.
She works at the intersection of public institutions and financial services — advising financial institutions within and outside of the public sector, ranging from US agencies, multilateral development banks, commercial banks, and fintechs. Her expertise encompasses developing new strategies, designing and building new organizations, driving transformative change, optimizing operations, and enhancing resilience and risk management for her clients. With nearly a decade of experience as a strategy consultant, Nicole is a collaborative problem solver who partners with her clients to attack unique and challenging problems while building conviction in the path forward.

Nicole graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in energy resources engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog on backpacking, skiing, and hiking adventures.
