Nicolas is a partner, advising clients on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, transformation programs, and international growth. His areas of expertise include asset management, private markets, and operating model transformation.
He has more than 20 years of experience in asset management, corporate strategy, and M&A. Before joining Oliver Wyman, Nicolas worked at Allianz Global Investors, where he most recently spent more than 10 years as managing director and Global Head of Strategic Development.
In this role, he led numerous international transactions, from strategic development and due diligence through negotiation and integration. He also played a key role in building the firm’s private markets platform and supporting its global expansion.
