Nick is a senior advisor in Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences Practice, based in the Nashville office. With a strong focus on the intersection between technology and business strategy, he brings a wealth of experience in delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges faced by health plans.
In his role, Nick leverages his expertise in strategic business planning, IT strategy, and operating model transformation to drive operational excellence and financial discipline across various domains, including information services, cybersecurity, and analytics. He has a proven track record of enhancing business processes and delivering impactful project outcomes, ensuring that technology investments align with organizational goals.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Nick held senior leadership roles in technology and business operations with the healthcare insurance sector, overseeing information services, cybersecurity, and analytics. He also led initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
Nick holds a BA in economics and mathematics with honors from Dartmouth College and is a graduate of the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows program. He also served two terms on the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics, where he was appointed chair in 2020. His academic background and national health care policy experience complement his extensive industry experience, equipping him with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and healthcare.
Outside of work, Nick and his family are avid travelers, having lived abroad in the past. He has also passed on his passion for golf to his son.
