Nehal is a vice president at Oliver Wyman Vector, specializing in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government practice in our Atlanta office.
She has more than 29 years of aviation experience, with leadership roles in maintenance planning, MRO marketing and product development, and process engineering. She is an expert in airline enterprise-level systems integration programs, merger and acquisition transition planning, organizational management, and business process design and implementation.
Nehal leads operational transformations across the Department of Defense, defense primes, and tier 1–3 suppliers. She has held senior roles in aviation and consulting organizations, where she led multi-year post-merger enterprise system integrations, developed future-state business processes, and managed change initiatives to improve efficiency and organizational impact.
Her experience also includes organizational design for program intervention, strategic and operational planning for airframe, engine, and line maintenance, and marketing leadership focused on implementing customer management tools.

Nehal holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
When not working, Nehal spends time with her family and friends, relishing relaxing on the beach or cooking. She is also an avid yogi and co-owns a yoga studio in Brookhaven with her husband.
