With more than 13 years of experience, he specializes in helping clients grow their aftermarket parts and service businesses, enhance profitability, leverage IoT/telematics/connected assets, optimize warranty, improve customer service, and enable enhanced repair operations via service tools, training, and process enhancement. His expertise lies in aftermarket parts and services for automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial equipment OEMs, dealers, and suppliers.

Nate assists his clients across all aspects of their business with their enterprise strategies and challenges. This can involve optimizing or growing the core business and/or defining future business models or new businesses.
In addition to his consulting work, Nate is an experienced entrepreneur as the co-owner of a seasonal retail gelato shop in Northwest Ohio. He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Nate and his wife Kelleen reside in Naperville, IL, with their two daughters, Eva and McKenna.
