Nate is a partner leading Oliver Wyman’s corporate Automotive and Industrial Goods Practice, based out of our Chicago office.
With more than 15 years of experience, he specializes in driving major transformation programs across people, process and technology. Nate has led many programs to help clients grow their aftermarket parts and service businesses, enhance profitability, drive cost takeout, leverage IoT/telematics/connected assets, optimize warranty, improve customer service, and enable enhanced repair operations via service tools, training, and process enhancement. His expertise lies in parts and services for automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial equipment OEMs, dealers, and suppliers. Nate also leads OW’s sustainability and carbon accounting offering in North America.

Nate assists his clients across all aspects of their business with their enterprise strategies and challenges. He has been particularly effective in roles that require working across divisional or functional lines to drive transformational impact for the organization. This can involve optimizing or growing the core business and/or defining future business models or new businesses.
In addition to his consulting work, Nate is an experienced entrepreneur, co-owner of a seasonal retail gelato shop in Northwest Ohio. He holds a degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Nate and his wife Kelleen reside in Naperville, IL, with their three daughters, Eva, McKenna, and Rylann.
