Muriel Schtickzelle is part of our Pricing, Sales, and Marketing global team, based in Paris. She is also part of the Transportation and Services team.

Muriel has deep knowledge on pricing and commercial effectiveness topics. During her tenure at Oliver Wyman, Muriel has worked on a wide range of sectors (B2B and B2C) to deliver breakthrough impact on high-stakes revenue and margin projects.

In recent years, she has focused most of her time working with private equity funds on developing and implementing value creation strategies in post deal contexts.

Example of recent projects include:

  • For multiple payment providers in Europe, led the commercial performance teardowns and commercial transformation projects. It involved optimizing at SME and Key account pricing, direct sales performance, indirect channels management and commission schemes, cross-sell and retention capabilities build up
  • For a major MRO distributor in Europe, led the commercial turnaround: quick wins identification, implementation and tracking, large contracts renegotiation, Spot pricing optimization, pricing software assessment, etc.
  • For several players in the manufacturing world: pricing strategy optimization, discount framework redesign and pricing tool development to equip sales forces with better decision support tools
  • For several travel, hospitality and leisure players: pricing optimization and channel management improvement, distribution monitoring, pricing tools development and embedding in the sales force, growth engine design

Muriel holds a M.Sc. in commercial engineering from ICHEC (Belgium). She is fluent in English and French.
