Melissa is a senior recruiting coordinator based in our Milan office and serves as the main contact for entry-level consulting and data and analytics recruitment in Italy and Greece.
She joined Oliver Wyman in 2022 as a recruiting and event coordinator, focusing on recruitment strategies and event management. After nearly two years in that role, she transitioned into her current position as senior talent acquisition coordinator in January 2024.
Melissa thrives on the variety and complexity of her work, which challenges her to think creatively and innovate. Her diverse background, including internships in planning and controlling and work experience across the UK, Spain, and Italy has strengthened her adaptability and strong work ethic.

She has a business administration degree from the University of Turin and a strong passion for recruitment and event coordination. Before joining Oliver Wyman, she worked at a top Italian business school, coordinating recruiting and admissions events.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling, gym workouts, and beach volleyball. She strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle but also has a deep appreciation for food and enjoys spending time with friends and family over meals.
