Mathieu is a partner at Oliver Wyman's Paris office and a member of the Insurance and Asset Management Practice.
With more than 20 years of strategy consulting experience in Insurance and Financial Services, he works with a wide range of French and European insurers, brokers, insurance service providers, as well as private capital firms with investments in the insurance industry.
He leads projects on value growth strategy definition, mergers and acquisitions, organizational and operating model design, operational excellence, marketing, and sales efficiency. Most of his projects involve digital and data innovation, whether it's in distribution, customer knowledge and experience, process efficiency, or the creation of new models in the insurance industry.

Mathieu spent two years as a financial services consultant at Mitchell Madison Group, and from 2001 to 2017, he served as a partner in Insurance and Financial Services at a consulting firm. He joined Oliver Wyman in 2017.
Outside of work, Mathieu likes spending time with his family and friends, he also enjoys playing tennis, sailing, hiking, reading, and traveling.
