Mark is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Government and Public Institutions practice, based in Dubai. He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience across global markets, with Dubai as his base for the past 15 years.
Previously part of the firm’s Communications, Media and Technology practice, Mark brings expertise in program and transformation management, change management, operational improvement, startups, commercial strategy, and execution.

Mark holds an MSc in business administration from Rotterdam School of Management, specializing in information management. He also completed part of his studies at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Mark is fluent in Dutch and English and has a strong understanding of Spanish.
