Mario is a partner in our Digital Practice, based in the Dubai office.
He joined Oliver Wyman in 2023 after leading Capgemini Switzerland’s Insights and Data Practice in Geneva.
With more than 18 years of experience spanning data science and finance, Mario focuses on national‑level digital and AI transformation across the GCC. He currently leads major government initiatives, including the strategy and implementation of a countrywide Digital Transformation Office covering priority sectors such as tourism, logistics, transport, healthcare, environment, and smart cities, as well as a National AI Office. He has also supported the development of several AI assets.

Mario combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery, helping clients translate complex challenges into organization-level transformations and actionable, data-driven solutions.
Born and raised in Lebanon, Mario later lived in France and Switzerland before moving to Dubai. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French. He holds degrees from Université Paris X and École des Ponts ParisTech, as well as a data science certification from Harvard University.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family.
