Mario is IMEA partnerships lead for Quotient — AI by Oliver Wyman and a partner in the Digital and AI practice. He is responsible for developing and strengthening Quotient’s partnership ecosystem across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
His focus is on bringing together Oliver Wyman’s industry expertise and transformation capabilities with the technologies, platforms, and AI capabilities of leading partners, helping clients move from AI ambition to scaled impact.
Mario has played an active role in strengthening Oliver Wyman’s relationships with hyperscalers and implementation partners. He works with partners and Oliver Wyman teams to identify where combined capabilities can create distinctive propositions for clients, develop joint opportunities, and translate emerging technologies into practical solutions.

Mario brings more than 18 years of experience spanning AI, data, digital transformation, and finance. His work has included leading the strategy and implementation of a National AI Office and a National Digital Transformation Office, developing the strategy for a national AI ecosystem, and delivering AI and data platforms across sectors.
Before joining Oliver Wyman in Dubai in 2023, he led Capgemini Switzerland’s Insights and Data practice.
He holds a master’s degree in finance from Université Paris X and a master’s degree in civil engineering from École des Ponts ParisTech, and is a certified Data Scientist from Harvard University. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
