Marco is a Milan-based partner who works in our Retail and Digital practices, where his role is to ensure that our South Eastern European teams have the right capabilities to help our clients undertake successful transformation projects. His work involves setting the vision, supporting talent acquisition teams, while setting the highest standards for client work. His focus is also on nurturing Oliver Wyman’s culture, such as ensuring there is a strong spotlight on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
I firmly believe that to deliver outstanding projects and impact for our clients, it’s vital our people feel engaged with both their minds and hearts. In such a transactional, digital world, it is so important to retain our in-house talent by showing them that they are appreciated and that they can continuously learn and grow.
Marco’s international career in digital transformation, and EBITDA growth projects has spanned more than 40 companies in 12 countries, including 15 years in consulting. For him, it’s important to bring the same sense of excitement and curiosity to every new client challenge. Marco’s colleagues have described his superpower as being the person who brings the impossible to life – regardless of the pitfalls that may arise; he sets himself a high bar that he works hard to honor every day. Marco loves to race; he’s is a semi-professional motorcycle driver, riding a BMW into the Italian non-professional championship and also enjoys running, cycling, , and sailing boats. To unplug he enjoys spending time with his family and pet.
