Manuel brings more than 20 years of international consulting experience, helping organizations deliver large-scale, customer-centric transformation and digitalization programs. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, process improvement and automation, advanced analytics, big data, machine learning, and data visualization.
His career has taken him across Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Portugal, Colombia, the United Arab Emirates, and other markets, giving him a broad perspective on how organizations approach transformation in different environments.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Manuel worked at two other leading consulting firms. At one, he founded and led the firm’s Middle East business. A planned three-month stay in the UAE ultimately became a permanent move, driven by his enthusiasm for the region’s rapid transformation and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change.

Manuel believes successful careers, like successful transformations, are built step by step. He encourages new consultants to remain focused on where they want to go while making sure each stage of their development moves them closer to that goal.
He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in telecommunications engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, a business degree from IESE Business School, and has attended a management program at INSEAD. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of business administration at Warwick Business School.
Outside of work, Manuel enjoys healthy living, exercise, music, and art.
