Maite Dailleau

Principal, Communication, Media, and Technology

Maïté, who operates out of the firm’s Paris office, specializes in strategy and transformation for communication, media, and technology companies. She has international experience in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. “My work currently focuses for the most part on helping telecom operators build and operate next-generation networks. I’ve supported multiple operators throughout Europe defining their network rollout strategy while ensuring maximum return on investment,” she says.

I believe consulting requires not only an analytical and rigorous mindset but a high dose of creativity too, as we are always solving unprecedented issues. I’ve never done the same project twice.

“Another sector I have expertise in is advertising with a strong focus on digital and TV/video,” Maïté notes, adding that she worked on reorganizing the internal advertising agency of a leading TV broadcaster.

She joined the Communication, Media, and Technology practice in 2017, following a stint at another consultancy. “I’m passionate about solving complex issues—and my work at Oliver Wyman has always been able to satisfy this passion,” she explains.

In addition to advising clients, she leads the Paris chapter of Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW). “Our objective,” she says, “is to ensure that Oliver Wyman is a place where women can thrive.”

The graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, where she received a Masters in Science in Industrial Engineering, and ESCP, where she earned an MSc in Management, is passionate about the arts outside of work. "I’m a true opera lover,” says Maïté. “My favorite opera is L’Elisir d’Amore, but I’m constantly changing my mind as I attend new performances in Bastille!”
