Louise is a partner in our Digital and Customer First Practices, based in the Sydney office.

With a wealth of experience in the insurance sector, she has led a range of organization-wide transformations aimed at accelerating growth through human-centered journey design, digitization, automation, data and analytics, product innovation, new tech platform implementation, operational change, and cultural development.

She is passionate about using customer insights to drive innovation and experience improvement for customers — she believes technological innovations bring an unprecedented opportunity for banks and insurers to build solutions that could help tackle major life challenges such as illnesses, financial well-being, and responding to crises. 

The challenge for financial services firms, big or small, is to anchor organizational changes to the desired human experience, so technologies and insights can be leveraged to their best effect

Before joining our firm, Louise held C-level roles in financial services, such as the chief customer officer for MLC Life Insurance and Resimac Group. She is also a non-executive director for St John Ambulance (New South Wales).

Louise’s favourite things are experiencing different foods, travel, and London fringe theatre.
