Kerstin is a senior recruiting coordinator in our Munich office.
Her focus is on application management for entry-level consultants and interns in our Germany and Austria offices. She is responsible for reviewing the application documents and is the first point of contact between Oliver Wyman and potential candidates. Her duties include coordinating the monthly case coaching’s, interview days, telephone interviews, and monthly female roundtables.

After 15 years of professional experience in the hotel industry, Kerstin decided to resume her studies in international management before entering consulting.
Originally from Namibia, she values the internationality and dynamic personalities at Oliver Wyman, who pursue their passion with heart and soul to make a positive long-term change. As an avid runner, she leads the OW-Runners group and actively supports the WOW initiative (Women of Oliver Wyman).
