Katharina is a recruiting coordinator in our Munich office.
Her focus is the planning and implementation of flagship recruiting events for Germany and Austria, as well as supporting the hiring processes for entry-level Actuarial and Engineers. Furthermore, she co-leads the Women Mentorship Program and supports the employer branding efforts of Oliver Wyman in Europe.

Katharina studied International Management in Germany, China, and England before specializing in Human Resources for her master’s degree, for which she spent a semester in South Korea. At Oliver Wyman, she found the perfect career entry point for herself in Entry Level Recruiting in Munich.
She is also involved in the Wellbeing Employee Resource Group (ERG) and is part of the German OW 80:20s Band.
