He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, with in-depth expertise in both retail and consumer goods. He serves major companies across Europe and Asia in developing their strategy and conducting large-scale transformation programs.
Retailers can benefit from Julien’s advice on topics such as growth strategy, winning format development, omnichannel shopping experience redesign, category management, cost of goods sold (COGS) competitiveness, private label performance improvement, category management, and performance improvement, and strategic partnership. He also supports large fast-moving consumer goods companies in redesigning their operating model (front and back-office), their go-to-market approach, PMI-related transformations, and performing due diligences.

Julien regularly practices Yoga Ashtanga and is an avid jogger, cyclist, and swimmer. Recently, decided to raise the bar even higher by participating in a triathlon.
