He designed several of Oliver Wyman’s leading digital assets, including our change diagnostic toolkit (TrueView), our modular process improvement method (PACE), and our advanced analytics and insights platform (TAMI).
Jonathan applies a holistic approach to organizational transformation, weaving together the strategic, cultural, and structural conditions required to achieve breakthrough results at scale. Among his more recent experiences, he has helped clients mitigate critical risks by re-engineering core operational processes; shift their sales and product teams to a new digital, insights-driven way of working; and redefine their enterprise-wide cost structures for greater transparency. He has also authored our recent reports, Is it Time to See a Change Doctor?, and Set the PACE for Breakthrough Process Improvement.
He graduated cum laude from New York University, with concentrations in Economics and Sociology, and is fluent in English and Mandarin. When not leading clients through their change journeys, Jonathan can often be found photographing wild animals.
