Early in my consulting career, I understood that results from recommendations are the things that make positive changes for companies, employees, and shareholders. I also have a personal interest in psychology and politics. Understanding the interplay between the two is fascinating and can be successfully applied to make leaders and organizations more successful.
As well as leading billion dollar take-outs for large financial services institutions and directing redesigns for major airlines, John has directed significant engagements for major enterprises around the world, resulting in billions of dollars in revenue and cost improvements.
Hundreds of assignments over the years, across functions and industry sub-sectors, allow John to work on the most complex and large initiatives for Fortune 100 companies. He helps clients design and execute large scale change initiatives.
