John is our Toronto office leader and the director of talent for Oliver Wyman in the Americas.
John joined the firm in 2006 as a consultant, serving clients in Toronto and globally for more than 10 years. His advisory role was at the intersection of financial services and digital strategy. Since then, he has assumed various leadership roles, overseeing talent acquisition and talent management for our consulting staff in the Americas.
In his current role as director of talent, John drives the talent strategy for the Americas region. He ensures that Oliver Wyman continues to hire, train, and develop the best people to enable outstanding client service.
As the Toronto office leader, John helms one of Oliver Wyman’s larger offices driving the culture and engagement for the local staff and participating in strategy setting and business development for Oliver Wyman Canada.

Outside of work, John spends most of his time chasing around his two young children. He’s also an avid baseball fan, spending his summers supporting the Toronto Blue Jays, but with little to show for it.
John holds degrees in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School and in Applied Mathematics from Western University.
