Johanna is a senior talent manager and recruiter based in our Stockholm office. She has been part of our talent management and recruiting team for three years, playing a key role in both campus recruiting and project staffing.
As a recruiter, Johanna leads campus recruiting for the Stockholm office, overseeing the full hiring process for intern and entry-level consultant positions. In her role as a talent manager, she collaborates with leadership to manage the project staffing process, ensuring that team decisions balance the needs of clients, the firm, and individual consultants. She also serves as an advisor on staffing challenges, helping to effectively balance the needs of clients and team members with business priorities.
We team up with different parts of the business to determine the talent and skills we need to bring on board, develop, and retain. Balancing my two roles gives me valuable insights into our diverse needs, allowing me to address them effectively
Johanna holds a bachelor's degree in strategic communication from Lund University. Before joining Oliver Wyman, she worked as an HR coordinator at a Nordic private equity firm.
When not working, Johanna enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and traveling with her family. She also loves exploring different cultures and meeting new people.
