Joerg is a principal in our Private Capital Practice, based in Munich.
With more than 10 years of consulting experience, he provides global support to private equity and industry clients in acquisitions and divestitures. His consulting expertise is primarily focused on due diligence, mergers and acquisitions process support, post-merger integration, and value enhancement programs.
The world is rapidly changing, offering potential for value enhancement and transformation. Corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers serve as excellent accelerators on this path. Joerg holds a Bachelor's degree in General Management from the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel and a Master's degree in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
He is married with a son. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being in nature through activities like skiing, hiking, flying, and traveling.
