Joe is a Associate Creative Director in 8works, Oliver Wyman’s People-Led Change Capability. He has spent the last 12 years working with a diverse group of businesses and professionals to help them bring their transformation to life through creative visuals and narrative. His work is broad; one day he might be capturing a board’s strategy in real-time through a series of illustrations, or the next he might be creating animations to explain the benefits of a new vision.
Joe has led and delivered a number of projects across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, utilities, and retail, specializing in creative communications. His work enables businesses to understand the challenges they face, and to clearly visualize the change they want to achieve by translating complex content into something relevant, high impact, and digestible.
Clarity is so valuable and my work helps clients take a step back and rethink how they approach a problem. Visuals allow people get to the core of what they are trying to say, and it’s fascinating to collaborate during such a creative, exciting, and challenging process.
Joe has a background in illustration and graphic design and has over a decade in the consulting world. Most recently, he has been taking a lead role in designing and delivering creative techniques that clients can use in virtual environments to help them work out how to move forward in the post-COVID environment.
As a graphic-artist, one of the most interesting points of my career was to do the graphic facilitation for a group of senior business leaders during a breakfast event in a well-known London art gallery. This approach is really impactful for clients - it was really cool seeing my illustrations against the backdrop of such a classically beautiful building.
