Joachim is a Partner with the Operations Practice as well as the Energy and Natural Resources Practice, where he also serves as a member of the global leadership team. For over 30 years, he has advised CEOs and leading global companies in energy, chemical, and steel industries. Joachim has played a key role in major transformation and change programs, spanning ESG, portfolio, and growth and cost transformations. He has co-authored numerous articles and publications on the topic of strategy development and implementation.

Joachim studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth and obtained his PhD at the Corporate School of Management Koblenz. In his free time, he is a passionate racing cyclist, runner, and tennis player. He is married and has two children.
