Jennifer is a senior principal in our Actuarial Property and Casualty (P&C) practice, based in Chicago.

As the global actuarial transformation services leader for P&C and the deputy global P&C insurance leader, she oversees strategic initiatives and insurance client engagements across North America.

Jennifer is an expert in insurance pricing and product management with more than 20 years of experience. She advises senior insurance executives and functional leaders on pricing, product strategy, and large-scale operating model transformation. Her work focuses on helping P&C insurers modernize their actuarial capabilities, integrate advanced analytics, and improve decision-making across underwriting, finance, and product management.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Jennifer was a senior manager at Ernst and Young, where she led P&C actuarial advisory services and designed transformative operating models for insurers. Earlier in her career, she spent 18 years at Allstate Insurance Company, where she held actuarial and product management roles, designed and implemented technology strategies, led cross-functional teams, and drove operational efficiency initiatives.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Pittsburg State University. She is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Originally from southeast Kansas, she now lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago. She and her husband have been married for more than 20 years and are the parents of three active children who keep them busy with softball, dance, hockey and baseball. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Brooks.
