Jeff is a senior manager at Oliver Wyman Vector. He has more than 30 years of experience specializing in the design, implementation, and sustainment of safety risk and compliance management systems across civil and military aviation.
He has a proven track record of delivering risk-led operational improvement and cost efficiencies through integrated management systems that align safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance and business performance. He has deep regulatory and technical credibility with practical experience in airworthiness, maintenance and AOC governance, and a full working knowledge of UK CAA, EASA and ICAO requirements — enabling pragmatic and compliant risk solutions for clients.
As a lead adviser on global safety management systems (SMS) and safety-culture assessments, Jeff guides large commercial airlines, business aviation, rotary-wing services and major maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) organizations to enhance their operational safety and governance.
His strategic focus on delivering client benefits through prioritized risk controls strengthens governance frameworks and bolsters operational resilience. Notably, Jeff co-led a safety performance enhancement and management system development program for a leading MRO, effectively translating diagnostic insights into risk-reduction initiatives and measurable operational improvements.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman Vector, Jeff held senior operational and consultancy roles focused on risk, compliance, and assurance, as well as leadership positions in engineering, maintenance, and flight operations.
With 16 years at British Airways, Jeff also took on leadership roles in aerospace consultancy, where he spearheaded risk management practices for major operators, further solidifying his expertise in operational excellence.
Outside of work, Jeff thrives in the great outdoors, and can often be found enjoying long walks with his wife and their dog, who hilariously takes charge of the route.
Family is central to his life — a delightful mix of joy and occasional chaos — as he cherishes time with the whole family. A devoted football fan, Jeff makes time for golf whenever he can; for him, true success is measured not by scorecards but by the laughter and companionship shared along the way.
