Javier has led more than 50 financial resource management, deposits optimization and profitability steering transformations worldwide, combining analytical and operational capability building with change management and cultural shifts.
He brings extensive experience in capital, deposits and credit transformation for leading G-SIFIs and Tier 1 institutions across Europe, the US and Latin America, delivering multimillion-dollar savings in capital, revenue, cost and provisions.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Javier earned a dual degree in business administration and law from Universidad Pontifica Comillas and completed a concentration in finance at the Wharton School.
