Jason is a vice president at Oliver Wyman, based in Princeton. He brings 11 years of industry experience in rail and 19 years of global consulting experience advising network transportation companies.
He specializes in transportation network design, scheduling, and performance improvement. Jason has supported rail operators across Europe, Africa, and North America on network restructuring, service design, and asset utilization, helping clients improve the use of infrastructure, locomotives, and rolling stock.

His experience also extends to other network transportation models, including work with a major Mississippi River barge operator on scheduled operations and network strategy. Jason has also advised on high-speed and passenger rail development in North America.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Jason held senior roles at Southern Pacific, Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway, and Consolidated Rail Corporation, with responsibilities spanning network planning, service design, marketing, sales, and corporate development.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in transportation engineering, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
