Jad specializes in crafting and implementing impactful strategies for leading oil and gas companies and public energy entities, with a particular focus on downstream. He also has a strong track record in localization and investment attraction and execution, where he has been instrumental in supporting clients through the investment lifecycle, from defining compelling value propositions and building robust business cases to facilitating successful negotiations and ensuring investment execution.

Jad works closely with major industry players, including international and national oil companies, advising on a range of strategic initiatives that drive value maximization and sustainable growth. Before joining Oliver Wyman, Jad gained firsthand experience with an international energy services company. Seeking to broaden his impact, he pursued an MBA at INSEAD, which catalyzed his transition into consulting. Since then, Jad has earned recognition as a trusted advisor and mentor both within the organization and among his clients.
Jad also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Lebanese American University and has completed the Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies Program at Stanford University, reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry.
Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly enjoying tennis and skiing. Jad also has a deep interest in ancient civilizations and enjoys traveling with his family to explore diverse cultures.
