Irene is a principal based in our Zurich office and a member of the global performance transformation team.
She advises clients on the design and implementation of transformation programs, with the development of strategic organizational models forming a central part of her work. Irene brings experience from projects across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the US, as well as sector-specific expertise across industries including financial services and health and life sciences. She leads large, multidisciplinary teams that integrate strategy, organizational insights, and industry-specific knowledge.

Recently, Irene has focused on end-to-end transformation, post-merger integration, and international leadership development programs. She is an expert in co-creation and collaboration methods with a proven track record of working with C-level teams to equip leaders with the skills needed to sustain transformational change.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Irene developed her expertise at Strategy& and Kienbaum Consultants International. She holds a master’s degree in public management from the Free University of Bolzano, where her thesis analyzed public value creation through cross-sectoral collaboration.
Originally from Trentino, Italy, Irene spent several years living in Germany before moving to Switzerland. Her multicultural background, coupled with her fluency in Italian, German, English, and Spanish, enhances her ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
In her personal time, Irene enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking with her dog. She has a deep love for animals and is continually honing her painting skills, combining her creativity with her passion for nature.
