He advises senior leaders on designing and delivering large-scale organizational change, with a particular focus on operating model and system design, organizational optimization, and performance transformation.
He works with clients across financial services, insurance, energy, utilities, media, and public sector organizations, supporting them in transforming how they operate, improving performance, and unlocking long-term value.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Iain was a partner at Q5, where he led the Financial and Professional Services Practice. He has also held leadership roles in both the private and nonprofit sectors, building expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, and strategic transformation.

Iain holds a degree in biomedical science from the University of Oxford and is a proud father of three.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, walking in his native Yorkshire, and spending time in the garden when the weather permits.
