Hilaire is a senior recruiting coordinator based in our Paris office. He joined Oliver Wyman after completing a six-month internship with the recruiting team in Paris and now plays a key role in supporting the firm’s recruitment efforts.
He is responsible for school management, working closely with consultants and alumni to define recruitment strategies, organize events, and track performance data after each hiring season. In addition to campus recruitment, Hilaire supports experienced hire recruitment, managing processes for select practices and assisting with partner recruitment.

Hilaire holds two master’s degrees in human resources management and, before joining Oliver Wyman, worked at a 5-star hotel during its pre-opening phase, where he helped establish the HR department.
Outside of work, Hilaire enjoys video games, football, and basketball. He also has a passion for tech support, often helping others troubleshoot their devices.
