He brings more than 35 years of experience in financial services consulting worldwide. Having worked as both a banking executive and an advisor, Henry understands the strategic, operational, and human realities of delivering complex transactions.
As a seasoned M&A advisor, he has deep expertise across the transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, integration, separation, and value creation. His experience includes driving multi-billion-dollar synergies, scaling businesses, and delivering innovation-driven growth in complex, global financial environments.
I help clients through the full transaction lifecycle — from deciding what to buy or sell through diligence, integration, or separation. The goal is straightforward: protect the deal thesis and turn it into lasting value
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Henry held senior financial services strategy and transaction roles at KPMG and EY. He previously spent 25 years with NatWest Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he led an Asia Pacific divestiture program that reduced the bank’s exposure by nearly $1 trillion and supported its exit from 15 markets.
Henry holds a master’s degree in strategic management and leadership from the University of Sunderland and has completed executive programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Kellogg School of Management, and Harvard Business School.
He enjoys traveling, exploring Europe’s food scene, and following Formula One. His approach is shaped by his father's advice: “It’s what you do next that matters.” He brings that forward-looking mindset to client relationships, encouraging teams to keep learning, ask better questions, and focus on the decisions ahead.
