Henry is a partner in Oliver Wyman's Healthcare and Life Sciences and Private Capital practices, based in London.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, investment banking, law, and healthcare investing, Henry advises private capital investors, healthcare companies, industry leaders, and financial institutions on healthcare strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial due diligence.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Henry served as executive chair of Mansfield Advisors, where he helped grow one of Europe's leading boutique healthcare strategy consultancies. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Rothschild, UBS, and Jefferies, and began his career as a lawyer at Linklaters. Henry is also the founder and deputy chair of the European Healthcare Investor Association, the leading organization representing private capital in the healthcare sector, and serves as non-executive chair of Compass Recruitment Solutions, a private-equity-backed healthcare and life sciences search and recruitment firm.

Henry, who grew up in Rome, Italy, has found that this has influenced his interests in art, wine, food, cars, travel and spending time with his family.
He has a master’s in jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
