Before joining Oliver Wyman in 2013, Hendrik spent two years in Beijing working for a leading global bank on business model improvement. That experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges organizations face during periods of significant change.
Hendrik brings deep experience in global business integration, procurement transformation, and profit improvement. Clients value his practical approach to identifying savings opportunities and translating them into sustainable operational improvements.
He holds a master’s degree in business engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and also studied at the National University of Singapore. He is fluent in English and German.
