Hemat is a senior transformation specialist in the Digital practice, based in our Dallas, Texas office. He is also the global lead for the proprietary program management solution, the Hub.
Hemat is dedicated to driving impactful change and passionate about steering organizations towards success. His role involves orchestrating strategic transformations and optimizing processes while leveraging the Hub as a foundational, bespoke asset for sustainable change.

Managing large-scale transformations on ground across America, Europe, and the Middle East, Hemat has developed experience in change management, process optimization, and post-merger integration. His expertise lies in seamlessly integrating technology and innovation into projects, crafting tailored solutions that yield measurable results.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and joined Oliver Wyman in 2019. Prior to Oliver Wyman, he worked in private equity consulting in Dallas and has experience in corporate banking at JP Morgan.
In his personal time, Hemat enjoys traveling the world and is always keen to find the best vegetarian-friendly restaurants along the way.
