Harriet is a partner in our Banking and Financial Services Practice, where she leads the intersection with Private Capital, based in London.
She has an impressive track record of working with a diverse array of recent clients, including leading global banks, prominent global market infrastructure companies, innovative technology and data services providers, and private equity funds investing in the fintech space. Harriet is the technology and software lead for our financial infrastructure, technology, and services team.
Her practice is directly informed by over 10 years of experience as a participant in capital markets, prior to joining Oliver Wyman in 2016. She has extensive knowledge of the operational use cases and practical application of different data, technology, and software solutions across financial services.
She is driven by helping clients deliver on their growth aspirations and specializes in strategic transaction and operational transformation topics in both pre-deal evaluation and post-deal value-creation settings. As part of her work, she has supported both banks and non-banks through some of the largest and seminal mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of recent years, including LSEG's acquisition of Refinitiv and UBS’s acquisition of Credit Suisse. She also supports smaller vendors and their investors as they work to scale their businesses with the support of private capital.
In the rapidly evolving world of financial services, the ability to harness new technology and data is paramount. I am dedicated to helping our clients navigate this landscape, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation
