He has led projects across the United States, Asia, and Europe, with expertise in IT strategy, advanced analytics, operations improvement, and quality management.

Hannes advises clients on complex operational and performance challenges, combining deep expertise in advanced operations, process optimization, product cost reduction, EBIT improvement, advanced analytics, and digital manufacturing.
His work spans automotive, aerospace and defense, transportation, and manufacturing, where he helps clients improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and unlock sustainable bottom-line impact.
Hannes is particularly focused on critical business situations that require both speed and rigor. He brings together customer value, product design, operational performance, supply chain considerations, and advanced analytics to identify practical opportunities for improvement and turn them into measurable results.
Outside of work, Hannes enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. His interests include running, cycling, hiking, and scuba diving.
He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in business administration, with a focus on technology management, from the University of Regensburg and Audencia School of Management.
