Hanna is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Transportation and Advanced Industrials practice, based in Paris, and serves as Chair of Oliver Wyman in France.
With more than 35 years of consulting experience, Hanna advises boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams on complex strategic and organizational transformations. His work spans strategy development, governance and organizational effectiveness, performance transformation, post-merger integration, and change management.
He has worked across automotive, industrials, consumer, and retail, bringing cross-industry perspective to help clients address high-stakes business challenges and translate strategy into lasting impact.

Hanna began his career as an engineer in the Middle East before moving to Europe in 1986. He later became one of four founding partners of MID, a French strategy consulting firm acquired by Oliver Wyman in 1995. Over the course of his career, he has held several leadership roles, including leading the firm’s Strategy Consulting practice, its global Industry practice, and the France and Belgium market.
Hanna holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from INSEAD. He is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
