Gregory is a manager in our Actuarial Practice, based in Pittsburgh.
After working in a variety of commercial pricing and strategic roles over eight years at Highmark, Inc., Gregory joined Oliver Wyman in 2023. He started his career at US Steel, where he performed valuations of its qualified and non-qualified pension plans as well as its American, Canadian, and European OPEB plan obligations.
He has more than 13 years of actuarial health care experience, focusing on Affordable Care Act major medical product pricing and development, regulatory rate filing development and support, major medical and Medicare Supplement filing review for state insurance departments, and trend analysis.

Gregory is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, as well as a graduate of Penn State University, from which he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in actuarial Science and Minors in statistics and German.
He lives outside of Pittsburgh with his wife and son. In his free time, Gregory enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family, playing hockey, and strumming on his guitars.
