Gregory is a senior advisor on cyber risk management and cyber defense at Oliver Wyman, as well as a partner and co-founder of Next Peak. He is a recognized voice on cybersecurity and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia University.

Gregory has held senior cyber leadership roles across financial services, government, defense, and consulting. As Chief Information Security Officer at JPMorgan Chase, he established the firm’s cyber defense strategy and program. He later led Global Cyber Partnerships, helping advance industry-wide initiatives, including the Financial Cyber Profile and the Financial Systemic Analysis and Resiliency Center.

Earlier in his career, Gregory was the founding partner and CEO of Delta Risk, a cybersecurity risk management firm focused on advanced cyber threats. He also served as ICANN’s Chief Internet Security Advisor, Director for Cybersecurity at the White House, and commander of the Operations Group at the Air Force Information Warfare Center.

Across these roles, Gregory has focused on strengthening cyber resilience, improving collaboration across sectors, and helping organizations prepare for increasingly complex threats.
