He brings extensive experience advising senior clients within financial institutions across the Asia Pacific, particularly for retail banks, consumer finance firms, and digital challengers.
Frank’s expertise encompasses digital and analytics transformation, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, risk management, and organizational change and implementation. He is passionate about helping incumbent organizations build next-generation capabilities and enabling digital natives to achieve their next S-curve of growth.

In his consulting career, Frank has led a large-scale digital and analytics transformation program for a consumer finance institution in Southeast Asia. Additionally, he managed one of the largest bancassurance post-merger deals in Indonesia and assisted an incumbent bank in launching an innovative deposit program in Thailand. Frank previously implemented an analytics program for a small and medium-sized enterprise bank in Singapore, concentrating on driving artificial intelligence (AI) industrialization.
Frank holds a master of business administration from INSEAD and a bachelor of arts in economics from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially embarking on new travel adventures with his wife and young daughter.
