Based in our Paris office, Florence manages the recruiting activities for France and Belgium.
In her role, she ensures the successful day-to-day recruiting of consultants across the two regions. She works closely with talent management, training, and operations teams to ensure the successful integration of new staff.

Within the Paris office, Florence is also an active member of the Comité Sociale et Economique (CSE) and of the Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW) teams. Her involvement in WOW is focused on catalyzing Oliver Wyman’s ability to attract, develop, and retain highly talented women, unlocking their potential to drive business performance.
Originally from Belgium, Florence started her professional career overseeing recruitment for a large strategy consulting firm. She later traveled the globe, working and living in Canada and France. Her adventures have shaped the person she is today. They have also contributed to her work, as she had the chance to collaborate with international teams.
Outside of work, she is always keen for an adventure and loves spending time outdoors with friends. If not outdoors, you’ll find her swimming, practicing yoga, or spinning.
