Her early career took root in the bustling heart of New York, where Erin delved into the realms of advertising and investment banking. These formative years laid the foundation for her future successes.
In 2007, when MMC acquired Oliver Wyman, Erin was entrusted with the pivotal role of leading and building the internal communications team. This role allowed her to leverage her expertise, contributing significantly to the company's growth and evolution.

Erin holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communications from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Erin is an amateur mixologist, devoted foodie, and a humble yet avid golfer. Erin is a loving parent to three children, together with her wife Natalie.
