Emma is a partner in our Customer Innovation and Growth Practice, specializing in payments strategy.

She has more than 15 years of consulting experience, working closely with leading financial institutions, non-traditional payments providers, card networks, and processors on engagements that span corporate strategy, new market entry, partnership formation, and operational transformation.

Prior to Oliver Wyman, Emma spent seven years at First Annapolis Consulting and later joined Accenture’s payments strategy team through an acquisition.

Emma holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish from Wake Forest University.
