Emma is a partner in our Insurance and Asset Management and Performance Transformation Practices, based in London.
She has deep expertise across the UK life insurance and retirement sector. Emma advises insurers on strategy and large-scale transformation, combining strategic thinking with first-hand experience leading businesses and delivering complex change. Her expertise spans operating models, technology, digital, and data transformation, with a particular focus on helping insurers adapt to changing customer needs.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Emma held a series of senior leadership roles at Legal & General, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of the Institutional Retirement division. Her previous roles included Group Director of financial planning and analysis and Managing Director of Retirement Solutions, where she led a business of more than 1,000 people and helped shape and deliver its future strategy. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 10 years at Oliver Wyman.

Emma holds a degree in economics and management from Cardiff University.
