Elie is a managing partner at Oliver Wyman and leads the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice in Europe.

He brings more than 24 years of consulting experience, including 20 years at Oliver Wyman, advising European and global financial institutions on strategy, operating models, regulation, and transformation.

Over the course of his career, Elie has held a number of leadership roles across the firm. He was elected partner in 2010, later led the Corporate and Institutional Banking and Digital practices in Europe, and went on to lead Financial Services in France and Belgium.
